Mrs. Anh Thy Nguyen is the Global Chief Executive Officer of MicrobeBio Inc, charged with developing microbial solutions for the agricultural industry globally while identifying and selecting the optimal collection of microbes to produce specialty microbial products that benefit the environment and create sustainable farming practices both in the USA and abroad. Mrs. Anh’s mission as the Global CEO of MicrobeBio is to feed the world with life-giving microbes by improving the productivity and profitability of farmers in an environmentally friendly and affordable way, thus contributing positively to the global environmental climate challenges. It’s about making sure that the farmers and the environment have a sustainable future. Mrs. Anh is in charge of maintaining and overseeing a highly skilled management and research team to achieve the Company’s mission and vision. Mrs. Anh and the Company currently have a patent pending on the microbial product formulation and continue to develop advanced nanotechnology solutions for the agricultural industry.

Mrs. Anh holds a Bachelor of Science degree in International Business from California State University, USA

Mr. Clive Venketsamy Naidoo is the Executive Group Chairman of Microbebio Africa, overseeing the success of Microbebio Products in the African continent and other select Markets and responsible for international and government relations. Mr. Naidoo has been instrumental in establishing Microbebio Africa and has been associated with the Company since its inception. He has been responsible for international marketing and introducing the organic fertilizer program to governments in pursuit of promoting green and sustainable agricultural innovation globally. He has been influential in making growth and expansion strategic decisions for the Company in the continent and other select Markets.

Mr. Naidoo has nearly three decades of experience in several business sectors and unique industries. He has been involved in various business ventures globally, including the Dominican Republic, where he owned a chain of casinos. Besides this, Mr. Naidoo is an eminent individual and is part of various National and International Corporate Boards.

Mr. To Yik Chan is the Executive Group Finance Director of Microbebio Africa, overseeing the success of the group’s operational financial working capital sufficiency in the African Continent and other select markets. Mr. Chan has been associated with the Company since its inception, where he was responsible for all financial and administrative activities of the Company. Mr. Chan had started the organic fertilizer business by importing MicrobeBio (Microbe Enhanced fertilizer and pesticides) into Africa and Central America from the USA before setting up the distributorship network in South Africa and other African subsidiary companies.

Mr. Chan is also the Founder and Managing Director of Hippo Knitting (Pty) Ltd (Lesotho), with employees of over 1000 people since the year 2000. Hippo Knitting is a one-stop provider of world-class solutions in manufacturing and exporting apparel and garment from Lesotho. Hippo Knitting is a top and reputable fashion manufacturer in the SADC region with top and loyal global buyers/brands. Mr. Chan holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Major in General Accounting and Economics) from the University of Witwatersrand in the Republic of South Africa.

Mr. Willah J. Mudolo is the Group Chairman Africa of Microbebio Africa Holdings, steering the Boards within the jurisdiction of the operation (s) and Co-Founder of ADF Group and President of Global Operations, overseeing the rollout of ADF Group projects globally. A seasoned entrepreneur, Mr. Mudolo is known as a business startup specialist in emerging markets specializing in Project Development, Mining, Agriculture, Media, Energy and Petroleum, Real Estate, and Education, as well as critical infrastructure fund sourcing and management. 

Mr. Mudolo has extensive advisory experience in the Investment, Private Banking, and commercial banking industries. He has provided financial advisory services to Private Clients (high net worth individuals) and governments. He has held senior executive positions with several construction groups, oil companies, and consulting firms.  He is also an investor and owns several businesses.

He also has a wealth of experience and knowledge in private placement programs, IPOs, microfinance institutions, risk management, audit, strategic management, and accounting. Among other qualifications, Mr. Mudolo holds an MBA in Finance and Sustainability from the University of Cumbria, an MBA from Edinburgh Business School, Heriot-Watt University, and a Master of Science in Finance & Accounting from The University of Salford, and he is currently pursuing an LLB with the University of London

Mr. Duncan Oduor Otieno is the Group CEO of Africa, overseeing the overall operations of the company activities in the African Continent. Mr. Otieno is also a Co-Founder of ADF Group, the Vice Chairman and President of Africa in charge of ensuring sustainable and strategic investments of ADF Group funds in Africa. Mr. Otieno was also the founder of Mobikash Afrika, among other innovative Business & Social interests ranging from Financial Services, Private Equity & Investments, ICT & Related Services, Energy & Petroleum, Mining, Business & Professional Consulting, Retail & Distribution, Agriculture, Manufacturing, Media, Real Estate, Construction, Events Management and Charitable Activities. Some of the key companies that Mr. Otieno holds Directorship are; Rising Petroleum (Pty), AGREHA Ltd, Banka Solutions, Zalafin, Truget Technologies, Sawa Farm Products, SPH, and Rising Organic Fertilizer, among other companies.

Mr. Otieno worked in the banking industry for over 19 years in various senior management positions. He has also worked with the Government of Kenya and various auditing and consulting firms.  Mr. Otieno has a wealth of experience and knowledge in Commercial & Private Banking, Private Equity, Microfinance Institutions, Payment & Money Systems, Retail & Trade, Risk management, audit, strategic management, and accounting.

Mr. Otieno holds an MBA in Finance and a BSc. In Finance and a Ph.D. Finance Candidate at Jomo Kenyatta University of Science & Technology in Kenya. He also holds Professional Qualifications; Certified Public Account (CPA), Oracle Certified Professional (OCP), and Certified Securities & Investment Analysts (CSIA).

Mr. Hugo Hendrik Van Niekerk is the Group Operations Director (Africa), in charge of the Company’s group operations and implementing operational activities in Africa. Hugo is the Founder and CEO of the Kingdom Global Group – a group of churches, ministries, and Kingdom companies with one common purpose: to advance the Kingdom of God globally.

Hugo has worked with the Kingdom Global Group for over 25 years, spanning South Africa, Russia, Ukraine, Singapore, Ghana, Benin, Sierra Leone, USA, Armenia, Kirghizstan, India, Pakistan, Philippines and Indonesia. The Kingdom Global Group focuses on four areas of Kingdom Advancing: evangelism, discipleship, church planting and community-transforming projects, ranging from grassroots community projects to national mega infrastructure projects.

Mr. Peter Quoi Pham is a businessman, entrepreneur, and IT consultant.  Mr. Quoi Pham graduated from Oregon State University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering in 1993.  He has worked for Hewlett-Packard, Micron Semiconductor, Intel Corporation, and IT consultant for Hi-Tech firms in Oregon.  In 2004, Mr.Pham became the co-owner of Saigon City Marketplace in Southern California.  One of the biggest Asian supermarkets in the Little Saigon in the City of Westminster, California.  In 2011, Mr. Pham founded the Panda Rice USA company with his father-in-law.  Panda Rice brand was the first American grown rice introduced to the Vietnamese community in the United States.  Our partnership with one of the largest rice mills in the United States.  In 2018, Panda Rice brand is certified as a NON-GMO product.
